Follow these steps :

1) In ur desktop mozilla shortcut icon. get properties of it.
2) Click shortcut TAB in the target box u c "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" at the end of this command type -no-remote -P Ahsan.

4) Then click OK
5) Run Mozilla create new profile with ur name and u r done....
