Register files in vista 32&64 bit

T is very easy to use all them other dumbasses that tell you to regserv and **** does not work but as i`m a vista user this works for me and it`s very easy



1. open c:/windows/system32

2. drag all your dll files
into that folder

3. run, cmd

4. Type In TAKEOWN /F C:\Windows\System32 /R /D Y

once that is done

5. Type In icacls C:\Windows\System32 /Grant Administrators:F /t


6. open a note pad and copy the info below
7. then save-as regsvr32.reg
8. once done open it and click yes to change the registery
