Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
1 Lb Chicken cut into small pieces
1 medium Onion sliced
1 Tomato chopped
1 1/2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1/2 Cup Coconut milk
1 Cup Water
1/2" Cinnamon
3 Clove
1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Masala paste:
1 Tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 Tsp Chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 Tsp Pepper powder
1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
Mix the above with half cup water.
Preparation:
Heat oil in a kadai & add cinnamon, clove, onion, little salt & ginger-garlic paste.
Fry till light brown.
Add chopped tomato & cook till soft.
To this add the paste & cook in low flame till oil floats on top.
Now add the chicken & mix till masala gets coated with the chicken.
Add 1 cup water & cook in low flame till chicken gets cooked.
Finally add coconut milk & cook for few more minutes.
