Onion Raita
Ingredients:
- 2 medium onions thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1 ½ cup sour cream/plain yogurt/curd
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- Comine onions and green chilies in a bowl.
- Add in the yogurt.Season with salt and mix well.
Tips:
1.Try using sour cream – it gives the raitha a rich,smooth, taste.
2.Garnish with chopped fresh coriander/cilantro
